摘要:本文分析了旋转变压器的工作原理和绝对值编码器SSI接口通信原理,结合旋转变压器和光电编码器测速的优缺点提出了选用带有旋转变压器的绝对值编码器测量电机角度和转速的测量方案。基于F28335设计了旋转变压器的应用接口电路和SSI通信接口电路,搭建了实验平台,选用旋变软件解码算法和通信解码算法,分别对两种测量方法进行了解算和分析,验证了设计的合理性。目前,该测试系统已应用于风机变桨伺服控制系统,具有较高应用价值。 关键词:旋转变压器;绝对值编码器;电机角度和转速;接口电路;伺服控制系统 Abstract:This paper analyzed the working principle of resolver and the SSI interface communication principle of absolute encoder. Considering the advantages and disadvantages of speed measurement by using the resolver and absolute optical encoder,it showed a method that using the absolute optical encoder with resolver measure the motor angle and velocity. The application interface circuit for resolver and the interface circuit for SSI communication based on F28335 were designed, the experiment platform was built, using the software decoding algorithm and communication decoding algorithm calculated and analyzed each measurement method, and verified the rationality of the design. At present, the test system is used in the variable pitch servo control system of wind turbine, has higher application value.
