摘要:飞机机电作动系统是一个复杂的耦合系统,其中包含电气、机械和液压相关技术。传统的单一仿真软件无法反映各子系统之间的耦合关系。为了更好的仿真该系统的动态特性,就需要一个具有多领域建模能力的支撑软件。Dymola具有独特的多领域统一建模的能力,利用Dymola可以通过模型元件之间的合理链接,建立起面向对象的电气-机械机构的Modelica模型。其中机械结构可以在Dymola中显示三维立体图像,并根据仿真结果显示动画。以Dymola平台中搭建飞机起落架系统为例,结果显示通过构建其机械、电气、液压和控制系统,实现了基于Dymola平台上的多领域统一建模和仿真。 关键词:Dymola;多领域统一建模;飞机机电作动系统 Abstract: Electromechanical actuation system is a complex coupling system, which includes electrical, mechanical and hydraulic technology. Traditional single simulation software can not reflect the coupling relationship between various subsystems. In order to simulate the dynamic characteristics of the system well, it needs an ability for a software to support multidomain simulation. Dymola has unique multidomain simulation capability, it can establish objectoriented electrical mechanism Modelica model by reasonable link between the model elements in Dymola. The mechanical model can display threedimensional images in Dymola and displays the simulation results based on the mechanical structure of the movement dynamic map. In the case of aircraft landing gear system, the results of study showed that it achieve multidomain modeling based on Dymola by built the mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and control systems in Dymola platforms.
