摘 要:从软件和硬件上详细介绍了一种基于TMS320F2812的无位置传感器无刷直流电动机控制系统的实现方式。从传统的三段式启动方法开始分析,针对三段式对负载适应性差、通用性不强的问题,提出了一种改进方案。本启动过程的自同步调速方法采用端电压法,针对过零点检测存在误差的问题,提出了对过零点检测补偿软件设计的解决方案,该补偿软件有效滤除了因寄生电感等原因造成的过零点,实现了对无位置传感器无刷直流电动机的稳定换向。实验结果验证了方案的可行性,它克服了以往无位置传感器无刷直流电机控制中遇到的一些问题。 关键词:无刷直流电机;无位置传感器;三段式启动;过零点补偿 Abstract: This paper presented a control system of sensorless brushless DC motor based on TMS320F2812 in software and hardware.According to its bad property in load adaptability and versatility, this paper proposed an improved scheme from the traditional way to begin the three-step start analysis.The start-up process of self synchronous speed regulation method has used the terminal voltage method. According to the error in zero-point detection, software of testing and compensation solution was designed which filtered the zero-point caused by the parasitic inductance effectively. The experimental results prove the scheme is feasible and overcomes the previous control of some of the problems. Key words: brushless DC motor;sensorless; three-step start; Zero compensation
