摘要:由于M/T法中存在的低速检测时间过长,检测误差过大问题,变M/T法测速被广泛应用。文章给出了利用TMS320F28335芯片实现查询方式下的变M/T法的方法。在这种软件算法中,利用EQEP模块的自动触发与锁存功能,既保证了无中断干扰主程序运行的可靠性,又能方便的实现变M/T法。同时还给出了编码器常见故障的DSP程序处理方法,提高了测速程序的鲁棒性。 关键词:光电编码器;变M/T法;TMS320F28335;故障处理 Abstract: As the M/T method delayed long and had large errors when measuring low speed. The variable M/T method was widely used. A software algorithm which realized the variable M/T method under query mode using the TMS320F28335 was presented. In this algorithm, the automatic trigger and latch function of the EQEP module was used to make the system avoid being disturbed by the interrupt, and make the program easily realized. At the same time, the DSP programs of processing the encoder common faults were given to improve the speed measurement programs robustness.
