摘要:采用智能功率模块FSAM20SH60A和数字信号控制器STM32F407VGT6,设计了交流永磁同步电机数字驱动器;开发了功率驱动模块、主控模块及接口电路等硬件;基于开发的硬件系统,实现了交流永磁同步电机的磁场定向的矢量控制算法,完成了驱动器软硬件调试。实验结果表明:驱动器实现了永磁伺服电机的速度控制,速度控制误差小于1%,可以满足多数工业场合的应用。 关键词: CortexM4;IPM;嵌入式系统;数字驱动器;FOC算法 Abstract: A digital AC permanent magnet synchronous motor driver was designed with a intelligent power module FSAM20SH60A and a digital signal controller STM32F407VGT6. The power driver module, main control module and hardware interface circuit and so on were developed. The development of the hardware system was presented, the AC permanent magnet synchronous motor fieldoriented vector control algorithm was realized, the driver software and hardware debugging was completed. The experimental results show that the driver achieves the permanent magnet servo motor speed control, and the speed control error is less than 1%.
