标题:基于BF531的电动机保护器设计

摘  要:介绍了一种电机保护器的设计,系统采用ADI公司的16位定点BF531处理器,ADC芯片采用16位的AD73360。介绍了该电动机保护器的硬件部分设计,给出了热过载保护,轴功率和综合效率的计算方法。该保护器功能完善,既保证了电机的可靠运行,同时又能根据电动机的轴功率大小,保护电动机所驱动的设备。实验表明,该电动机保护器具有较高检测精度,完全能满足实际的需要。

Abstract: In industrial production,as the basis of electric power systems,the performance of motor are given more and more attention.So the motor running real-time monitoring and control is particularly important.Introduced the basic principle of design for a new type of intelligent motor protector and its functions.The system uses Blackfin531 processor of ADI,a fixed point 16 bits DSP.AD73360 is the ADC chip and it has 16 bits data width.The paper introduced a part of hardware design for the motor protector.The calculation of thermal overload protection,the axis power and overall efficiency were also given.The function of the protector is very perfect,which ensure the reliable operation of the motor.At the same time,the motor-driven equipment can be protected according to the motor shaft size of the power.The experiments show that the motor protector has higher detection accuracy,thus it is able to fully meet the actual needs.
