摘要:介绍了汽车永磁缓速器(Permanent Magnet Retarder)的拓扑结构及新型无级调节PMR的运行原理;通过当量能量的方法推导了PMR的满载最小制动力矩和极限制动力矩计算公式,并设计了一台应用于公交车的PMR;利用有限元方法,在Ansoft Maxwell 2D/3D平台上对新型PMR的制动性能进行了分析,仿真结果对进一步研究PMR的控制策略具有参考价值。 关键词:永磁缓速器;无级调节;Ansoft;有限元分析 Abstract: In this paper, the topology structure of permanent magnet retarder and running principle of new type stepless regulating PMR were introduced. Then, deduced the formulas of minimum braking torque and braking torque limit, and a PMR for bus was designed. Using the finite element method, analyzed the braking performance of the new type of PMR on Ansoft Maxwell 2d/3d platform, and the simulation results has reference value to further research of PMR control strategy.
