摘要:设计了一种精确检测电动汽车PMSM驱动系统电机转子位置的电路。以高可靠性,低成本的新型解码芯片AU6803作为处理器,详细介绍了AU6803解码芯片及其相关外围电路的设计。在完成基于Cadence/Pspice 软件对接口电路的硬件仿真分析之后,再通过电机台架试验对所设计的接口电路进行测试验证,证实了所设计的接口电路具有简单可靠,抗干扰能力强的特点,能够实现永磁同步电机转子位置的准确获取。 关键词:旋转变压器;PMSM;转子位置;AU6803;解码 Abstract: A accurate detection circuit for the PMSM drive system rotor position in electric vehicle was designed. It used the high reliability and low cost of new decoding chip AU6803 as the processor and mainly introduced the use of the AU6803 and the design of related peripheral circuit. After finishing hardware simulation analysis of the interface circuit based on the Cadence /Pspice software, the experiment of PMSM system was implemented to validated the design of interface circuit, and the experimental results confirm that the designed interface circuit has the following features such as simple, reliable and strong anti-interference abilities, and also accurately obtains rotor position of PMSM.
