摘要：本文结合我们的产品，通过航天研究所开发的数字精密光栅分度头和数据采集系统，介绍了信号电机精度自动测试系统的组成、数据采集、控制方式和实现方法，以及其高精度单轴转台分度头在位置信号电机测试中的协同应用。它为产品质量控制和精度测试的新技术提供了更先进的手段，满足了批量测试的要求，为相关测试技术提供了参考。

Abstract: Combined with our products, this paper introduced the composition, data acquisition, control mode and implementation method of the automatic test system for precision of signal motor through digital precision grating indexing head and data acquisition system developed by aerospace research institute. It provided more advanced means for the new technology of product quality control and precision testing, met the requirements of batch testing, and provided a reference for related testing technology.
