摘 要:对于采用桥式驱动集成芯片IR2110作为IGBT驱动的逆变器,存在着各桥臂驱动信号相互干扰的问题,严重时甚至会导致上下桥臂直通,造成短路的现象。针对上述问题,文中对IGBT驱动电路的抗干扰技术作了具体分析,提出了关断时负压和栅极电平箝位两种有效的抗干扰方法。经实验验证,这两种方法都可以有效的解决IGBT驱动信号的干扰问题,保证整个逆变系统的稳定工作。 关键词:IR2110;逆变器;箝位;负压 Abstract: For the inverter which used bridge type driving integrated chips IR2110 as the IGBT driver, there was a problem that the bridge drive signals interfered with each other and when the problem is serious it would lead to the upper and lower switch through or short-circuit. According to the above problems, this paper made a detailed analysis in the IGBT driver circuit for anti-jamming technology, proposed two effective anti-jamming methods:turn-off negative voltage circuit and a gate-level clamp circuit. Experimental testing that both methods can effectively solving the interference problem of IGBT drive signals and ensuring the stability of the entire inverter system.
