摘要:针对当前自整角机轴角数字转换芯片检测方法(SDC)功能单一、灵活性差、成本高等缺点,实现了一种基于虚拟仪器的轴角测量的设计方法。该系统摒弃了传统的PC-DAQ结构方案,设计了以嵌入式系统为核心的数据采集卡,有效地降低了硬件成本;以LabVIEW软件平台为基础开发了上位计算机数据获取软件,运用函数库实现数据传输、角度解算、数据动态显示和保存等多种功能。测试结果表明:该系统能实现预期功能,检测轴角测量精度能达到372′。 关键词:自整角机;Scott变压器;STM32;虚拟仪器 Abstract: The current implementation of SDC detection methods have many drawbacks, such as single function, poor flexibility and high cost, a way of DSP was designed based on virtual instrument. Microcontroller technology was selected as hardware to construct the dataacquisition board to replace traditional PCDAQ structure scheme, which can effectively reduce the cost. The software of this system was developed based on LabVIEW 2012, function library of LabVIEW was used to develop functions, the example to data transmission, angle decoding, dynamic data display and save. Software test shows that system can achieve the expecting functions and get 372′design precision. Key words: synchronizer; Scott transformer; STM32; virtual instrument |
