标题:基于耦合电抗的内置式永磁同步电机凸极率及失步转矩算法研究 |

摘要:凸极率和失步转矩是内置式永磁同步电动机的重要参数,凸极率的大小影响电机的牵入同步能力、转矩密度等多项性能指标,失步转矩大小直接反映电机过载能力的高低。提出采用直交轴磁路耦合电抗的电机凸极率和失步转矩算法,研究相应的测试理论,应用有限元法分析直交轴磁路耦合电抗,由等效的电压电流相量状态下的数据处理,构建了稳态状况下相关参数的测试平台,进而分析采用直交轴磁路耦合电抗的电机凸极率和失步转矩的测试方法,最后通过试验对算法进行验证。 关键词:耦合电抗;同步电抗;凸极率;失步转矩;内置式永磁同步电动机 Abstract: Saliency and pullout torque are important parameter of interior permanent magnet synchronous motor (IPMSM), saliency affects the performance of the motor, such as the ability to pull in and the torque density, and so on. Pullout torque directly reflects the overload ability of the motor. The algorithm of motor saliency and pullout torque using the coupling reactance were proposed. Study the corresponding test theory, the finite element method was used to analyze the coupling reactance, and the application of the equivalent voltage and current phase state data processing, Building a testing platform for related parameters. The testing method of the salient and pullout torque of the motor was analyzed by using the coupling reactance. Finally, the experiment was used to verify the algorithm.
