摘要:磁网络法相较于有限元法(FEA)能在保证一定精度的前提下节省分析时间,适用于电机的前期设计分析。本文建立了一个内置式永磁同步电机的磁网络模型,求出空载和负载状态下的气隙磁密及反电势波形,计算了转子永磁体和硅钢片的涡流损耗,并与有限元模型进行对比。计算结果表明,磁网络模型在误差允许的范围内能与有限元法较好地吻合,验证了模型的有效性。 关键词:永磁电机;磁网络;转子涡流损耗;有限元法 Abstract: The magnetic network method can save the analysis time on the premise of ensuring a certain accuracy compared to the finite element method, which can be used in the motor preliminary design analysis. The magnetic network model of an interior permanent magnet synchronous machine was established. The air gap flux density and back EMF waveforms were obtained. The eddy current losses of the permanent magnet and the silicon steel sheet were calculated respectively. The results show that the magnetic network model can agree well with the finite element method, which verifies the validity of the model.
