摘 要:对应用于抽油机的大力矩低速盘式电机的研究中,由齿槽转矩造成的推力波动是影响电机运行性能的一个重要因素。为削弱齿槽转矩,采用基于能量法和傅里叶分解的解析分析方法推导出盘式永磁电机磁极偏移与齿槽转矩的关系式,提出磁极分组进行磁极偏移对齿槽转矩低次谐波的削弱方法,在此基础上通过槽口优化进一步削弱齿槽转矩的高次谐波。利用有限元法进行仿真分析和验证,结果显示磁极偏移与槽口优化相结合的方法能有效的削弱盘式永磁电机的齿槽转矩。 关键词:盘式永磁电机;齿槽转矩;磁极偏移;槽口;有限元分析 Abstract: In the study of big-torque and low-speed disc permanent motors for oil pumping units, the force ripple caused by cogging torque was one of the important issues which prevent the motor from acquiring high performance. Aiming at reducing cogging torque, an analytical method based on energy method and Fourier series was applied to obtain the expression of cogging force which was related with magnet shifting. A method of weakening the low harmonic of cogging torque by grouping the poles and magnet shifting was proposed. Based on the expressions,the high harmonic of cogging torque was further reduced by optimizing slot opening. The results acquired by finite element analysis show that proposed method of combination of magnet shifting and slot opening optimize can effectively reduce the cogging torque in disc-type permanent magnet motors.
