摘要:针对两台22 kW的无刷直流电机同时驱动一个负载问题,在市场采购的电机的基础上,设计一个电流差值控制电路,实现了两台电机较好的负载均衡和稳定性。电路检测输入到两控制器的电流并计算它们的差值,根据该差值信号,单片机依据一定算法来调节其中一台电机控制器上的调速电压,从而改变该电机上的负载能力,实现两台电机的负载均衡控制。该设计在同时驱动一个贯流式风机中获得了电机转速2730 r/min和总电流201 A下的两输入电流最大相差02 A的控制效果。 关键词:负载均衡控制;差分电流;直流无刷电机;贯流式风机 Abstract: To solve a same load problem of two 22 kW brushless DC motors bought from the market, a circuit to control differential current was designed and the results showed that the circuit had better load balance performance and stabilization. The circuit detected input current of the two controllers and calculated the difference between them. According to the differential current, microchip adjusted the speed of motor by the input voltage at one motor controller based on a special algorithm. Thus on the load on the motor was changed and the load balance control was realized. The designing which is used to drive a crossflow fan shows balance performance of maximum differential current 02 A at the speed of 2730 r/min and the total input current of 201 A.
