摘 要:针对无位置传感器控制的无刷直流电机起动时需要确定转子初始位置的问题,结合对转无刷直流电机磁系统转子凸极性的特点,提出一种高精度的转子初始相对位置确定方法,该方法通过向电机电枢绕组注入开关电压矢量,利用相邻三个电压矢量产生的电流响应估计出一个确定的转子位置角。仿真结果验证了该方法的有效性。 关键词:对转无刷直流电机;无位置传感器;初始相对位置;电压脉冲注入;凸极效应
Abstract: The initial relative position between permanent magnet rotor and armature rotor of contra-rotating brushless DC motor should be determined before starting process when position sensorless control strategy is employed. A method for initial relative position of contra-rotating brushless DC motor rotors,which utilizing the saliency effect of permanent magnet rotor, was proposed in this paper. The voltage pulses were injected in armature of the motor, and currents response which generated by three neighborhood voltage pulses were sampled for estimating the initial angle of rotor position.
