标题:基于模糊PI控制的无刷直流电机转速阶跃响应 |

摘要:为了验证模糊PI控制器响应的快速性和鲁棒性,提出了一种单一变量的实验方法。实验中,采取阶跃输入、无刷直流电机等不变量,控制器的类型为单一变量,包括双闭环PI控制器、模糊PI控制器和双模糊控制器,并针对3种控制器分别建立仿真模型并分析了电机响应波形。实验结果表明,模糊PI控制器的阶跃响应调整时间为001 s,相较于双闭环PI控制器的003 s和双模糊PI控制器的0012 s,调整时间最短。模糊PI控制器的外加扰动的波形扰动峰值为11 r/min,调整时间为002 s,相较于双闭环PI控制器的13 r/min的扰动峰值和003 s的调整时间以及双模糊控制器的14 r/min的扰动峰值和002 s的调整时间,模糊PI控制器扰动峰值最低,调整时间最短。因此,模糊PI控制器结合了经典PI控制器和模糊控制器的优点,响应灵敏且鲁棒性强。实验研究验证了模糊PI控制的有效性和可行性。 关键词:无刷直流电机;模糊PI控制器; 双模糊控制器 Abstract: In order to verify the rapidity and robustness of the fuzzy PI controller, an experimental method of single variable was proposed. The step input , BLDCM and other invariants were set up as the invariants in the experiment. Besides, the controller which contained the double closed loop PI controller, the fuzzy PI controller and the dual fuzzy controller was chosen to be the single variable. Then three different models based on three different controllers were founded. Finally these motor response waveforms were analysed. The experiment showed that the step adjustment time of the fuzzy PI controller whose time was 001 s, compared to the double closed PI controllers 003 s and the dual fuzzy PI controllers 0012 s, was the shortest. Whats more, when external disturbance occurred, the fuzzy PI controller with 11 r/min disturbance wave peak value and 002 s adjustment time was the excellent. While the double closed loop PI controller had 13 r/min disturbance wave peak value and 0.03s adjustment time and the dual fuzzy controller had 14 r/min disturbance wave peak value and 002 s adjustment time. Above all, combining the advantages of the classic PI controller and the fuzzy controller, the fuzzy PI controller is responsive and robust.
