摘要:针对单转速环PI参数自整定控制的PMSM系统在负载突变情况下转矩脉动较大的问题,提出了一种转速环、电流环同时采用模糊PI参数自整定控制的方法。首先选取控制精度高、适用于转速环、电流环参数摄动范围的论域及量化、比例因子,然后制定计算量小、灵敏度高的隶属度函数和保证响应速度、限制超调的模糊规则,再建立转速环、电流环同时采用参数自整定模糊PI调节器的双闭环PMSM系统,能在转速超调量小、恢复时间短的同时,通过模糊控制实时在线调整电流环PI参数,减小电流波动从而抑制电磁转矩波动。仿真结果表明此方法下系统在负载突变时转矩的波动得到了明显抑制,增强了系统的抗干扰性和鲁棒性。 关键词:模糊PI;参数自整定;电流环;转矩脉动 Abstract: In order to reduce the large torque ripple of PMSM system based on single speed loop PI parameter selftuning control under the condition of sudden load change, a new method of parameter selftuning fuzzy PI control which was used in the speed loop and current loop was presented. Firstly, universe, quantification factor and proportionality factor which is high control accuracy and suitable for parameter perturbation range of speed loop and current loop were selected.Secondly, the minor calculation and high sensitivity membership functions and the fuzzy rules which can guarantee response speed and restrict overshoot were worked out.Then, a double closed loop permanent magnet synchronous motor system whose speed loop and current loop were simultaneously equipped with parameter selftuning fuzzy PI regulators was established, which has the advantages of small speed overshoot and short recovery time,adjust the PI parameters of the current loop online in real time by fuzzy control and reduce the pulsation of the current to suppress the pulsation of the electromagnetic torque. The simulation results show that the pulsation of the torque is suppressed obviously when the load is mutated under this method, and the antiinterference and robustness of the system are enhanced.
