摘要:针对传统变频器在宽调速范围内的高效率开发问题,本文采用基于模型的设计方法简化控制器代码结构。研制了一台高空用异步电机变频控制器,根据控制器的高频功能需求搭建代码自动生成模型,利用Matlab实现模型到代码的自动转化。采用基于模型的设计方法进行程序设计,进而实现对异步电机的高频控制,仿真数据及实验结果表明,基于模型的设计方法简化了软件设计结构,提高了异步电机控制器的开发效率。 关键词:高空;异步电机;变频;基于模型的设计 Abstract: Aiming at the problem of high efficiency development of the traditional frequency converter in wide speed range, the method of Model Based Design (MBD) was used in the paper to simplify code structure of the controller. A high altitude asynchronous motor controller was developed, and a code automatic generation model according to the requirement of high frequency function of the controller was built in the paper. Automatic transformation of the model to code was realized by using Matlab. The model based design strategy was applied to design the program, and the high frequency control of asynchronous motor was realized. Simulation and experimental results verified the method of model based design can simplify the design structure of software and improve the development efficiency of synchronous motor controller.
