摘 要:为了给铁道货车提供电力能源,设计了一种基于Halbach阵列结构圆筒型永磁直线电机的供电装置。把该永磁直线电机直接与车辆悬挂弹簧并联安装,利用电磁感应原理将货车车辆运行时振动的机械能直接转化为电能,中间不需要其他传动装置。为了验证设计方案的有效性,利用有限元Ansoft软件对所设计的永磁直线电机进行了电磁场仿真分析,得到了电机空载电动势波形和磁场分布图;应用Matlab/Simulink软件建立了带整流负载的三相电机的仿真模型并进行了仿真,得到了不同负载情况下负载电阻与负载电压和输出功率的关系。仿真分析结果表明,所设计的永磁直线电机产生的电能能够有效地为蓄电池充电或为其它电气设备供电,能在一定程度上解决铁道货车的供电问题。 关键词:铁路货车;Halbach;圆筒型永磁直线电机;仿真 Abstract: In order to supply the electric power for railway wagons, a power supply device based on the tubular permanent magnet linear motor with Halbach array was designed. The designed permanent magnet linear motor installed in parallel with the suspension springs of vehicle can directly transform vibratory mechanical energy into electrical energy based on the principle of electromagnetic induction and without any intermediate transmission when wagons running. To verify the validity of the scheme, the designed permanent magnet linear motor was simulated with finite element software Ansoft, and then no-load voltage waveform and distribution figure of magnetic field were obtained. Simulation model of the three-phase motor with rectified load was also established and simulated with the software Matlab/Simulink, and relation curves between the load resistance and the load voltage with the output power in various loads situations were obtained. The results of the simulation and analysis show that electrical energy supplied by the designed permanent magnet linear motor can be effectively charge the battery and provide power for other electrical devices, solving the problem of the power supply in railway wagons to a certain extent.
