摘要:本文分析了直接驱动永磁同步电机的特点,建立了输送链驱动电机计算选型模型,并根据应用实例,分析了输送链具有工况复杂、负载变化大的特点。针对实例,分别选用了交流异步减速电机和直接驱动永磁同步电机,对两者进行了理论分析,实验室测试和生产线应用能耗测试。研究结果表明,直接驱动永磁同步电机在宽负载范围内尤其是轻载状态下仍具有高效率的特点,这对于负载变化频繁、工况复杂的应用领域是一种最优化的应用方案。 关键词:直接驱动永磁同步电机;节能;交流异步减速电机;输送链 Abstract:This paper presented the advantages of direct drive permanent magnet synchronous motor(DDPMSM), and a calculation model was established for motor selection of the conveyor chain. The conveyor[JP] chain has the characteristics of the complex working conditions and the load changes frequently. In the actual application, an AC asynchronous geared motor and a DDPMSM were compared. Both of them were analyzed theoretically, and were tested for energy consumption in experiment and on production line. The results show that DDPMSM has higher efficiency in a widely range of load, especially in light load. DDPMSM is the best optimized solution for application areas with complex working conditions.
