标题:基于加速度增量控制的无刷直流电机软起动技术研究 |

摘要:针对无刷直流电机起动电流冲击的问题,提出了一种基于加速度增量的软起动控制策略,在保证系统响应速度的同时,实现了对起动电流的严格限制,有效地降低了因起动电流冲击导致控制系统逆变器与电机损坏的事件概率。对比传统的转速电流双闭环控制策略,基于加速度增量的无刷直流电机控制系统不依靠电流传感器,仅由转子位置传感器信号计算电机转速,即可实现控制系统的软起动,抑制起动电流的冲击。通过仿真验证可得知,基于加速度增量的无刷直流电机软起动控制策略与传统转速单闭环控制系统和转速电流双闭环控制系统的系统响应性能相当,并且有效地抑制了起动电流冲击。 关键词:无刷直流电机;软起动控制;加速度增量;过流保护 Abstract: Aiming at start current shock of brushless DC motor(BLDCM),this paper proposed a new control strategy based on acceleration increment for soft start of BLDCM, which could limit current critically, and decrease the probability that inverter and motor would damage because of current shock, on the condition that have no influence in response characteristic. Compared with traditional speed and current double closedloop control strategy, no current sensor used in control strategy based on acceleration increment, only reuse signal of rotator position sensor to calculate rotatespeed to finish soft start of control system. It could be got by simulation than control strategy based on acceleration increment has approximately same response characteristic as speed and current double closedloop control strategy and speed closedloop control strategy, also limit start current shock effectively.
