摘要:本文首先提出了斜槽引起的轴向电磁力的解析计算方法,并推导出计算公式;在理论分析的基础上,提出了基于二维静态电磁场仿真电机因定转子不对齐引起的轴向电磁力的计算方法,并具体介绍了单段铁心和多段铁心电机的仿真步骤,经实验验证表明所提出计算方法理论正确,计算精度高,可大大减小计算量。 关键词:电机设计;轴向电磁力;立式电机;轴承载荷 Abstract: Firstly, this paper put forward an analytical calculation method for the axial electromagnetic force caused by skewed slot, and the calculation formula was derived. On theory analysis basis, a method for calculating the axial electromagnetic force caused by the misalignment of stator and rotor based on twodimensional static electromagnetic field simulation was proposed, the simulation steps of singlesegment and multisegment core motor were introduced in detail. The experimental results show that the proposed calculation method is correct in theory, high in calculation accuracy, and can greatly reduce the calculation amount.
