摘要:以两台双三相PMSM串联系统为基础搭建了张力与线速度控制的模型。详细分析了控制系统的基本原理,建立了张力观测器以及线速度观测器的模型。在Matlab/Simulink环境下通过仿真分析得出该模型可以实现对材料收放卷过程中的张力与线速度的控制,验证了所建模型的正确性。 关键词:双三相PMSM;串联系统;张力控制;线速度控制 Abstract: The model of tension and line speed control was built on the basis of two dual threephase PMSMs seriesconnected system. The basic principle of the control system was analyzed in detail, and the model of tension observer and linear velocity observer were established. The simulation results in Matlab/Simulink show that the model can control the tension and linear velocity during the process of rewinding and unwinding, and verified the correctness of the model.
