摘要:圆筒型永磁直线电机是一种新型的电力传动装置,它能将电能直接转换成直线运动所需的机械能,并且具有反应速度快、结构简单等优点而广泛应用于直线驱动领域。为了改善圆筒型永磁直线电机气隙磁密波形的正弦性并提高其推力性能,结合有限元分析法分别从槽极数配合、绕组分相、初级铁心长度选取等方面系统地分析了各参数对电机性能的影响。最终确定圆筒型永磁直线电机结构参数,所得结论为圆筒型永磁直线电机设计提供理论依据。 关键词:圆筒型永磁直线电机;槽极配合;绕组分相;有限元法 Abstract: TPMLM is a new electrical driver, which can directly transform electric energy to linear mechanical motion, with the advantage of rapid reaction, simple structure etc, which is widely used in the field of linear drive. In order to improve thrust properties and the sine property of airgap flux density, the poleslot number combinations, and winding models were analyzed systematically to find the influence on TPMLMs, and determine the structure parameters finally with finite element method. The conclusions can provide some theoretical guidance for analysis and design of linear motor. Key words: TPMLM; poleslot number combinations; winding model; finite element method |
