摘要:提出了一种基于Halbach阵列结构的圆筒型永磁直线发电机设计方案,详细阐述了该发电机的结构和工作原理,并且采用有限元法对发电机进行电磁分析。得到了发电机的空载反电动势波形以及负载特性。通过改变发电机定子铁心的轴向长度及其边端齿的高度对电机进行了优化设计,得到了发电机铁心轴向长度和边端齿高度的最优尺寸。分析结果表明,优化之后发电机的定位力大幅降低,所得到的仿真结果为圆筒型永磁直线发电机的设计与优化提供了理论依据。 关键词:圆筒型永磁直线发电机;有限元法;定位力;优化设计 Abstract: This article put forward a design of permanent magnet tubular linear generator(PMTLG) with Halbach array, the structure and working principle of this generator were expatiated in detail, and this generator was analyzed by means of using finite element method. The noload EMF waveform and load characteristic were obtained.The optimal design of this generator was performed by changing the length of stator's axial and the height of sideend tooth,optimal size of axial length and tooth height were obtained.This simulation results showed that the detent force was greatly reduced,also provided theoretical basis for the design and optimization of PMTLG.
