摘要:为分析变频驱动的电机-变速器集成动力系统的振动特性,利用Simulink与LMS Virtual.Lab共同建立了一个由变频器供电的减速电机1D-3D联合仿真模型,并利用JMAG计算在联合仿真条件下电机定子受到的径向电磁力,最后求得减速电机表面的振动响应。该模型可以考虑变频器的滤波器特性、逆变桥开关器件的死区效应与管压降等因素对振动响应的影响。通过算例,分析了电机线圈电流、轴承座激励力以及径向电磁力的频谱特性,与相关文献进行了对比,揭示了变频器供电下减速电机振动特性中相关特征频率的来源,并指出变频器产生的高次谐波电流及其引起的高频激励力之间的频率特性并不一致,而是各自有一定的特征。 关键词:减速电机;变频驱动;振动;联合仿真 Abstract: In order to analyze vibration characteristics for motortransmission integrated power system of the variable frequency drive, the cosimulation research on gearedmotor 1D3D simulation model supplied by aconverter wascarried out using the Simulink and LMS Virtual Lab software. The vibration response for surface of geared motor was calculated after radial electromagnetic force of motor stator was calculated by JMAG softwarethrough the cosimulation model that can considerthe influence of the vibration response from the filter characteristic of converter, deadtime and forward voltage drop of switching device,etc. The frequency spectrum characteristic about current of motor coil,exciting force of crankshaft bearing andradial electromagnetic forcewere analyzedby the example. Compared with the relevantliterature, it reveals the source of the relevant characteristic frequency for vibration characteristics of geared motorsupplied by aconverterand that characteristics between the higher frequency of harmonic currentand exciting force of higher frequency is not consistent,instead, each has their own characteristics.
