摘要:作为变频冰箱压缩机的核心动力部件,永磁同步电机的效率问题直接影响着压缩机的整机能效。为解决现有变频压缩机电机效率优化不便的技术问题,本文提出了一种变频器驱动下永磁同步电机效率优化的方法,该方法可以在压缩机整机设计完成后,通过调整变频器EEPROM参数PID控制初始值,进而对永磁同步电机效率进行优化。实验结果表明:本文所提出的方法可以灵活地运用于任意的变频器,不仅可以有效地提高永磁同步电机功率因素和电机效率,而且可以大幅度地提升压缩机的COP值,从而降低变频压缩机的整体设计难度,具有广阔的市场前景。 关键词:变频器;永磁同步电机;电机效率;EEPROM;PID控制 Abstract: As the core power component of the variable frequency compressor, the efficiency of the permanent magnet synchronous motor directly affects the coefficient of performance of the compressor.In order to solve the technical problem of optimization inconvenience of motor efficiency on the existing variable frequency compressor, this paper put forward a optimization method of permanent magnet synchronous motor efficiency driven by frequency converter. This method can be used to optimize the efficiency of permanent magnet synchronous motor by adjusting the initial PID value of EEPROM parameters after other components of the compressor were designed, which could be flexibly applied to any frequency converter.The experimental results show that the presented method can not only effectively improve the power factor and efficiency of permanent magnet synchronous motor, but also greatly raise the COP value of variable frequency compressor, thus reducing the overall design difficulty of the variable frequency compressor with a promising market prospect.
