摘要:开关频率引起的高频电磁力是变频供电异步电机电磁噪声的主要激振源之一,而高频电磁力的定量计算成为变频异步电机噪声计算的难题之一。本文考虑变频器输出电压的基本特征,运用场路耦合基本理论,建立变频器供电条件下的场路耦合时步有限元模型。通过详细对比分析电压、电流、气隙磁密和径向电磁力的谐波成分,获得开关频率引起的高频谐波及其关系。研究结论和计算方法可为变频供电异步电机低噪声设计和研发提供帮助。 关键词:径向电磁力;变频电机;高频振动;场路耦合 Abstract: Highfrequency electromagnetic force caused by switching frequency is one of the main excitation source of the inverterfed asynchronous motor's electromagnetic noise. The electromagnetic force's quantitative calculation has become the problem of calculation of inverterfed asynchronous motor's noise. In this paper, a fieldcircuit coupled timestepping finite element model of squirrelcage asynchronous motors of inverter power supply was established which considered the basic characteristics of the inverter output voltage. The harmonic component of stator line voltage, phase current, the air gap flux density and the radial electromagnetic force were detailly analyzed ,which found the high frequency harmonic caused by switching frequency. The conclusions and numerical computation method provide help to the further design & development of low noise asynchronous motor by inverterfed.
