摘要：为了保证双通道旋转变压器在制造过程中获得高频的设计精度，应尽量充分地考虑到影响旋变精度的各种因素并加以分析和找出解决方法，确保在旋变制造的每个环节中都有正确应对的工艺技术。事实证明这些工艺技术是实用和可靠的，并在实践中获得了良好的效果。

Abstract: In order to guarantee the dual channel rotary transformer obtains the high frequency design precision in the manufacture process, considered as far as possible the influence of various factors affecting the accuracy of rotary transformer, analysed and found out the solution, ensured each link of the manufacture process has correctly processing technology. The fact proves the processing technology is practical and reliable, and obtains the good effects in reality.
