摘要:本文利用解析法分别推导了转子槽形为矩形槽、梯形槽和半正弦槽的单极感应子电机气隙径向磁密的表达式,从而比较出基波磁密相近,谐波磁密较小的槽形。利用有限元软件对上述3种槽形进行仿真,得到的仿真结果与解析法基本相符。本文分别从理论分析和软件仿真两方面出发得到最优槽形,从而为实际生产提供了理论依据。 关键词:单极感应子电机;槽形;解析法;有限元软件 Abstract: The expression of the homopolar inductor alternator's flux density of radial air gap is deduced respectively using analytic method, which the shape of homopolar inductor alternator's rotor slot is rectangular slot, trapezoidal slot and half sine slot, then it can compare the slot shape whose the fundamental flux density is similar and the harmonic flux density is smaller. By using the finite element software to simulate the above three kinds of slot, which the result of simulation matched the analytic method. This paper respectively from two aspects of the theoretical analysis and software simulation to get the optimal slot shape, which provided the theoretical basis for practical production.
