摘要:针对永磁同步电机(PMSM) 反电动势中含有谐波的问题,提出了一种磁极形状优化方法以改善PMSM反电动势波形,使得反电势更接近正弦波。建立了磁极表面正弦弧轮廓的描述方程,与传统的偏心圆弧法进行了有限元对比分析,得出同等条件下正弦弧磁极的反电动势畸变率更小。同时进行了样机试验,结果分析表明,通过正弦弧方法优化后的反电动势削弱了谐波,波形的正弦度更好。 关键词:永磁同步电机;反电动势;磁极形状 Abstract: A method of magnetic pole shape optimization was proposed due to the harmonics problem existing in the backEMF of permanent magnet synchronous machine. The sinarc equations were established to describe the surface of magnetic poles. The FEA comparative study between the methods of traditional eccentric circulararc and proposed sinarc were carried out. Prototype test results show that the THD of backEMF are reduced by using sinarc method, then the induced voltage more approaches to a sine wave. Key words: PMSM;backEMF;magnetic pole shape
