标题:分数槽集中绕组高效内置式永磁同步电机研究 |

摘要:采用高绕组系数的槽极配合方案,是高效永磁同步电机设计的重要技术方案。使用有限元软件仿真分析,针对分数槽集中绕组高效永磁同步电机进行研究,包括12槽8极、12槽10极星型绕组、12槽10极星-三角混合绕组。分析了影响电机效率的绕组系数、绕组磁动势谐波、转子涡流损耗要素,仿真计算电机效率,并实测电机效率,验证了12槽10极星-三角混合绕组电机效率提升明显。通过仿真计算定子模态来避免与低阶径向电磁力发生共振,并实测电机振动,得到12槽10极星-三角混合绕组电机振动变大的结果。综合对比电机效率和电机振动,为高效永磁电机的开发设计方案选择提供参考依据。 关键词:内置式永磁电机;分数槽集中绕组;高效电机;星-三角混合绕组;电磁振动 Abstract: It is the important things to select proper pole slot combination during the design of high efficiency permanent magnet synchronous motor. Using the finite element simulation method, the different pole-slot combination of the fractional slot concentrated winding permanent magnet synchronous motor was analyzed, including 12 slot 8 pole, 12 slot 10 pole star winding and stardelta winding. The motor efficiencyrelated factors, which including winding factor, THD of winding EMF, rotor eddy current loss were discussed. Moreover, the simulation and experimental motor efficiency was calculated and compared. It was showed that the 12 slot 10 pole motor with star-delta winding has the highest motor efficiency. Then the stator modal frequency was simulated with the purposed of resonance, the measure result showed that 12 slot 10 pole motor with star-delta winding has higher vibration. The motor efficiency and vibration was compared to setup the reference for the motor design.
