标题:分数槽集中绕组永磁球形电机定子磁场分析 |

摘要:永磁球形电机电磁转矩需要定转子磁场的共同作用,为了改善定子磁场分布,对定子磁场和齿极数选择方法进行分析。根据分数槽集中绕组电机理论,结合矢量运算,得到电机相数为任意值时旋转和倾斜的参考电流方程。以9齿8极的永磁球形电机为模型分析,利用有限元仿真和最小二乘法,得到定子线圈磁场的分布和各次球谐波的系数,证明参考电流法可以产生与转子磁场同步的定子磁场,进一步分析不同齿极数组合的球形电机的定子纬度线的磁场谐波分布,结果表明谐波次数与齿极数的最大公约数t和相数m有关。 关键词:永磁球形电机;球谐波;最小二乘法;谐波分析 Abstract: Electromagnetic torque of permanent magnet spherical motor require a stator and rotor magnetic field interaction, in order to improve the stator magnetic field distribution, this paper researched stator magnetic field of spherical motor and the selection method of permanent magnet poles and tooth. According fractional-slot concentrated winding motor theory, combined with vector operation, obtained rotation and tilt [JP2]reference current equation when the number of phases is any value. The model of permanent magnet spherical[JP] motor have 8 tooth and 9 poles, using finite element simulation and least squares method obtained coefficients stator coil magnetic field distribution and each time the spherical harmonics, proof reference current law may produce the stator magnetic field synchronized with the rotor field, further analysis of harmonic number of combinations of different tooth and poles spherical motor stator magnetic field lines of latitude, the results show that the harmonic number concern with GCD of tooth poles t and the number of phases m.
