摘要:理论分析分数槽绕组对永磁同步电机齿谐波电动势、电枢反应磁动势和齿槽转矩的影响。以3相4极永磁同步电机为例,运用Ansoft Maxwell分别建立整数槽绕组电机模型和分数槽绕组电机模型,对电机的电枢反应电动势、气隙磁动势和齿槽转矩进行仿真分析。对比仿真结果验证理论分析的正确性。 关键词:分数槽绕组;有限元仿真;齿谐波;气隙磁动势;齿槽转矩 Abstract: Theoretical analysied the impact of the fractional slot winding on permanent magnet synchronous motor of the tooth harmonic EMF, armature reaction magnet motive force and cogging torque. Focus on three phase permanent magnet synchronous motor as an example, using Ansoft Maxwell established integral slot winding motor model and fractional slot winding motor model. The motor armature reaction electric potential, the air gap magnetic motive force and cogging torque were analyzed. Verified the correctness of the theoretical analysis by compare the simulation results.
