摘要:针对内置式永磁同步电机的交直轴电感测试方法进行研究,在综述并分析了基本的交流静态法、直流暂态法、电压积分法和直接负载法4种方法的基础上,提出了一种基于电压平衡关系实现交直轴定位的改进型交流静态测试方法,试验过程中可在BC两相间通入低频单相交流电。此外,给出了一种线间轮换单相交流供电的静态试验方法,其在转子止转的情况下由线间电感关系计算得到交直轴电感值。 关键词:内置式永磁同步电机;交直轴电感;试验方法;转子锁定 Abstract: This paper mainly focuses on experimental methods of dq axes inductances for interior permanent magnet synchronous motor (IPMSM). Based on review andanalysis of four basic measurement approaches, including AC standstill test, DC transient response test, voltage integration test, and load test, an improved AC standstill test is proposed on the basis of voltage balance to realizedirect and quadratureaxis positioning by supplying windings B and C with a lowfrequency singlephase alternating voltage during the test.Besides, this paper provides a statictest method with linetoline fed by singlephase alternating voltage in turns, in which the inductances of d and qaxes can be obtained from the relationship between the linesin the case of rotor stop.
