摘要:余度技术是提高飞控系统任务可靠性与安全性的重要手段。针对四余度伺服作动系统中的同步、交叉通道数据链、信号表决监控等关键技术进行了研究与设计,完成了伺服系统的余度管理任务与伺服控制, 大大提高了系统的可靠性与容错能力,能够实现一次/二次电气故障工作,三次故障安全。 关键词:四余度;同步;交叉通道数据链;余度管理 Abstract: Redundancy technology is a key means of improving the reliability and security of flybywire (FBW) systems. This thesis focused on the key technology which was synchronization, cross channel data link (CCDL) and vote & monitor of the signal in quadrupleredundancy servo actuator system to research and design. It is better to achieve the redundancy management tasks and servo control of the servo system, and improve the reliability and the faulttolerant ability of the system. The quadruple redundancy can also achieve once/twice failuresoperation and thrice failuressafety. Key words: quadrupleredundancy; synchronization; cross channel data link; redundancy management
