摘 要:根据交流伺服系统的控制性能评价需求,提出了一种基于差分进化算法的无超调最优PID控制器设计方法。在综合比较了正定二次型积分泛函、ISE、IAE和ITAE性能指标后,指出前两者不适合作为设计高精度伺服系统设计无超调最优PID控制器的性能指标。以IAE、ITAE为目标函数,在差分进化算法的优化过程中引入惩罚函数使优化过程向无超调方向发展,最终得到无超调最优PID控制器。仿真结果表明:此方法是设计交流伺服系统无超调最优PID控制器的高效途径。 关键词:交流伺服系统;超调量;最优控制器;PID;差分进化 Abstract: According to the needs of the assessment of AC servo system control performance,a novel approach base on differential evolution algorithm was proposed to design the optimal PID controller without overshoot. After a comprehensive comparison of the characteristics of performance evaluation indicators such as positive definite quadratic integral functional, ISE, IAE, ITAE, the conclusion that the before both are not suit as the performance index to design the optimal PID controller for high accuracy AC servo system without overshoot are pointed out. Taking IAE,ITAE as objective function,penalty function was introduced in the optimization process of differential evolution algorithm to make the optimization process run to no overshoot trend, and the optimal PID controller without overshoot was achieved. The simulation results show that this method is an efficient way to get the optimal PID controller for AC servo system without overshoot. |
