摘要:针对交替极轮毂电机,研究能够削弱其齿槽转矩的结构参数。对永磁电机齿槽转矩的产生机理进行分析,可以通过槽极数配合、优化极弧系数两种方法减小齿槽转矩,运用有限元分析软件Ansoft对电机进行二维建模,并通过上述两种方法对齿槽转矩进行仿真分析,最终得出选择合理的槽极数组合以及极弧系数,能够有效地减小齿槽转矩。 关键词:交替极轮毂电机;齿槽转矩;槽极数配合;极弧系数;优化研究 Abstract: The structural parameters that can weaken cogging torque were studied for the consequent pole inwheel motor. The mechanism of cogging torque was analyzed first. Methods of slot pole number match and pole arc coefficient optimization were introduced to reduce the cogging torque. The twodimensional model of motor was built with the finite element analysis software Ansoft, and the cogging torque was simulated and analyzed. Finally, a reasonable combination of the slot and pole number and pole arc coefficient was selected, which can reduce cogging torque effectively.
