摘要:近年来,五相永磁同步电机因其自身具有较好的容错控制性能,从而获得了国内外研究人员越来越多的关注,已有大量文献对五相永磁同步电机进行了深入研究。本文首先定性对比分析了五相永磁同步电机与传统三相永磁同步电机容错控制策略的差异性;其次应用有限元仿真软件Ansoft设计两套物理尺寸完全相同的三相永磁同步电机和五相永磁同步电机,在此条件下定量对比分析两电机容错控制性能的差异性,其能够排除由于两电机物理尺寸不同而造成两电机容错性能差异等因素的影响,使得比较条件更加客观、比较结果更具参考价值。理论分析与仿真结果均表明:与传统的三相永磁同步电机相比,五相永磁同步电机具有更加优良的容错控制性能。 关键词:五相永磁同步电机;容错控制;对比分析;仿真研究 Abstract: On the control of bearingless motor, sensor should be used to detect rotor speed and position signal. However, installation of traditional mechanical sensor increases the size, cost and detects inaccurately in high speed of motor and limits the motor working occasion of a high speed. In order to realize the high and ultrahigh speed, low cost, and practical operation of bearingless synchronous reluctance motor, a novel rotor position and speed estimation scheme using phaselocked loop(PLL) was proposed. By using the principle of phaselocked loop, a speed sensorless of bearingless synchronous reluctance motor was designed. And based on Matlab/Simulink software, the bearingless synchronous reluctance motor control system was built to verify the proposed theory. Simulation study demonstrated that the proposed method was able to estimate rotor position/speed precisely and the feasibility of the method was verified.
