摘要:针对如何从改进SRM转子结构及其定、转子参数优化角度提高电机转矩输出能力并减小其转矩脉动的问题,提出了利用改进禁忌搜索算法的优化方法对分块转子互感耦合开关磁阻电机进行定、转子结构的优化设计。以6/4极三相SRM为研究对象,建立了分块转子互感耦合开关磁阻电机的有限元仿真模型,分析了定、转子结构参数对电机输出转矩的影响,比较了常规转子SRM和分块转子互感耦合开关磁阻电机的转矩性能,并利用改进禁忌搜索算法对分块转子互感耦合开关磁阻电机定、转子结构参数进行了系统优化,提高了电机的运行性能,缩短了优化计算的时间。 关键词:分块转子互感耦合开关磁阻电机(SRMCSRM);改进禁忌搜索算法;优化设计;有限元法 Abstract: In order to improve the output electromagnetic torque of the SRM and reduce its torque ripple from the perspective of rotor geometry improvement and parameters optimization, a parameter optimization method of a segmental rotor mutually coupled switched reluctance motor (SRMCSRM) based on a modified tabu search algorithm (TSA) was presented. The finite element (FE) simulation models of a 6/4 threephase conventional rotor SRM and a SRMCSRM with a size of Φ160×L70 mm were built. The simulation results in the static field were computed and the influence of structure parameters on output torque was analyzed. The performances of the two SRM types were comparatively analyzed. And a modified TSA based optimization method was used to optimize systematically the structure parameters of the SRMCSRM. It improves the performance of the SRMCSRM and greatly shortens the optimization calculation time.
