摘要:首先,利用麦克斯韦张量法推导了电磁力的解析模型,基于解析模型分析了8极48槽、8极36槽、6极36槽3种槽极数配合的新能源汽车用永磁电机电磁力的空间阶次和频率特征;其次,利用有限元法对定子铁心的模态进行了分析;同时,在半消声室内分别对上述3种槽极数配合的永磁电机在额定外特性匀加速工况下进行了噪声测试,并利用快速傅里叶变换得出了3种电机噪声的频谱图;最后,综合电磁力空间阶次、频率特征以及定子铁心的模态对测试结果进行了分析。分析结果揭示了3种槽极数配合对永磁电机噪声水平的影响以及不同槽极数配合电机电磁噪声的抑制方法。 关键词:永磁电机;噪声;槽极数配合;电磁力;模态 Abstract: Firstly, an analytical model of electric force was developed. The spatial order and frequencies of permanent magnet motors with different slotpole combinations were analyzed. Then, the modes of stator core were analyzed by finite element method. Meanwhile, the noise characteristics of three motors on uniform acceleration with rated characteristics condition were tested, and noise spectrums were obtained. Finally, the test results were analyzed by combining the electromagnetic force spatial order, frequency characteristics and the modes of the stator core. The analysis results revealed the influences of three kinds of slotpole combinations on the noise level. The noise suppression methods were proposed.
