摘要:为满足无人水下航行器对大功率推进电机提出的高效低噪、长时可靠的设计要求,控制系统采用了模块化高度集成的设计方案。控制电路以TI公司的DSP28335为主控芯片,驱动电路采用高压大电流单路IGBT+CONCEPT方式,控制算法采用了随机开关频率空间矢量脉宽调制和PI闭环控制相结合的方式,在结构设计上采用高效集成热设计。经试验验证,该控制系统可长时间输出功率40kW,且高频电磁噪声得到了有效的抑制,使控制系统设计满足项目的需求。 关键词:推进电机;随机开关频率;空间矢量脉宽调制;减振降噪 Abstract: In order to meet the high efficiency, low noise, long working and high reliability design requirements of high power propulsion motor for Underwater Unmanned Vehicle( UUV ), the control system used a highly integrated modular design. The control circuit used DSP28335 of TI as the main chip, the drive circuit used the single IGBT&CONCEPT way with high voltage high current, the control algorithm used the way of combining the random switched frequency space vector pulse width modulation and PI closedloop control, and the structural design used the way of high efficiency integrated thermal design. The results of experiments showed that the control system can output 40kW at long working conditions, and the high frequency electromagnetic nosie was effectively suppressed, so the design of control system can meet the project requirements.
