摘要:机载系统高度综合化的发展趋势要求作动机构及其控制器满足体积小、重量轻、高可靠、高动态等需要。本文设计和实现了一种以DSP+CPLD为核心控制架构的舵机控制器。该控制器采用内部集成全桥逆变的智能功率驱动模块,简化了驱动电路,实现了控制驱动的小型化。通过对驱动和通讯信号进行隔离处理,并设计了过流保护、限位保护、电源故障保护、驱动故障保护等多重故障处理机制,增强了控制器可靠性。通过设计主电源两级共模、差模滤波器,并优化电路设计、布局、走线,改善了系统电磁兼容特性。测试结果表明舵机控制系统的各项性能指标均达到设计要求。 关键词:舵机控制器;智能功率驱动;小型化;高可靠性 Abstract: With the highly integrated development of the onboard system, the electromechanical actuator and its controller are required small size, light weight, high reliability, high dynamic characteristics. A high reliable servo controller was designed with DSP + CPLD as core architecture. The control circuit based on smart power module , is simplified and minimization by applying smart power module. By designing the drive and communication isolation, multiple fault detection methods, such as over current protection, position limitation protection, power fault protection and drive fault protection, the reliability of the controller was enhanced. The electromagnetic compatibility of the system was improved by designing twostage common mode filter and differential mode filter for the main power supply and optimizing the circuit design, layout and wiring. The experimental results show that the servo controller achieves the design performance. Key words: servo controller; smart power module; miniaturization; high reliability
