摘要:起动电机应用于发动机的起动,随着现代工业的发展,装载有起动电机的装备越来越多,其可靠性研究是目前的迫切需求。该文以一款起动电机为例,通过产品构成、功能、接口等静态分组,描述产品的功能和各子功能之间的相互关系,根据产品的任务剖面,建立了可靠性模型,以可靠性模型为基础,提出了提高产品可靠度的方案,利用相似产品法,对改进后的起动电机进行可靠度预计。 关键词:起动电机;静态分组;可靠性模型;功能框图 Abstract: Starter motor is used to start engine. With the development of modern industry, more and more equipment with starter motor appear, whose reliability consideration is active demand at present. This paper took a kind of starter motor as an example, described the relationship between its function and subfunction by statically grouping product composition, function and connector, established a reliability model according to the operational profile of the product, and proposed a scheme to increase product reliability on the basis of the model. Make use of an alike product method, to improvement empress of start motor to carry on credibility to anticipate.
