摘要:为了在有限空间内尽可能的提升磁力联轴器最大静态力矩,将Halbach永磁阵列用于主从动盘。用有限元仿真软件Ansoft得到传统联轴器及Halbach阵列联轴器的性能对比,包括磁力线分布图、磁场强度分布云图、气隙磁密谐波分析及输出转矩。结果证明了Halbach 阵列磁性联轴器不仅不需要导磁轭铁,而且在同等条件下能够提高联轴器的最大传输转矩。最后通过实验验证了理论分析结果的正确性。 Abstract: In order to maximize the maximum static torque of the magnetic coupling in a limited space, the Halbach permanent magnet array was used for the master drive plate. The finite element simulation software Ansoft was used to compare the performance of traditional coupling and Halbach array coupling, including magnetic field distribution, magnetic field intensity distribution cloud, air gap flux analysis and output torque. The results show that the Halbach array coupling does not need the magnetic yoke; the maximum output torque is larger than that of coupling with traditional magnet array under the same condition. Finally, the theoretical analysis was verified by experiments. Key words: Halbach magnet array;magnetic coupling;experimental verification
