摘要:永磁同步电机转子位置的精确检测是其高精度控制的前提。位置传感器安装偏差将引起转子机械角偏差,在多对极电机中将引起成极对数倍的电角度零位偏差。分析了电机反电动势的模型,分析了存在零位偏差时电机反电动势的解耦结果,并分析了该解耦结果进行零位偏差检测的原理,给出了实现方法。该方法可以精确地检测出转子位置零位。实验结果表明该方法具有较高的精度。 关键词:永磁同步电机;零位偏差;转子位置;反电动势;检测 Abstract: The accurate rotor position detection of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor(PMSM) is the premise of the PMSMs high control accuracy. Rotor position sensor fixing deviation will cause the rotor mechanical angular zero offset, especially in multipole motor, electrical angle zero offset will be as several times as mechanical angular zero offset. This paper analyzed the model of induced EMF,and its decoupling when zero offset existed. The zero offset detecting method, based on the results of decoupling, which was verified by experimental results, can achieve high accuracy.
