摘要:利用负序电流变化对永磁同步电机定子不对称故障进行检测是一种较为简便且有效的技术,但目前的检测方法未考虑电机负载变化对检测结果的影响。本文基于负序电流的计算原理,在考虑负序电流对不同负载下电机工作性能影响程度存在差异的条件下,提出了一种定子不对称故障检测方法,并构建了定子不对称故障判据。最后搭建了实验装置并进行了实验分析,结果表明了依据该方法是实际可行的,为定子不对称故障的在线检测提供了新的技术方法。 关键词:永磁同步电机;负序电流;定子不对称故障;故障检测;故障判据 Abstract: It is a simple and effective method to detect the asymmetrical faults of the stator permanent magnet synchronous motor according to the variety of negativesequence currents. However, the current detection methods do not take into account the influence of the variety of the load for the detection results.In this paper,a stator asymmetric fault detection method was proposed,and the stator asymmetric fault criterion was constructed,which are based on the calculation principle of the negativesequence current,and take into account the influence of the performance on the motor under variety of loads.Finally,an experimental device was set up and the experimental result shows that the new method is practical,and provided a new approach for online detection of stator asymmetrical faults.
