摘要:介绍了一种基于STM8的无位置传感器无刷直流电机控制系统,系统采用ST公司STM8芯片控制电机,完成了转速电流双闭环控制。过零点检测电路采用数字式反电势检测技术:当占空比较低时,在开关管导通时检测反电动势信号;当占空比高时,在开关管关断时检测反电动势信号。该技术实现了电机快速可靠的换向。实验结果表明,该系统设计合理、简单,性能可靠,达到了良好的控制效果。 关键词:反电动势检测;直流无刷电机;STM8 Abstract: This paper introduced a sensorless BLDCM control system based on STM8,and the system adopted STM8 chip of ST company to control motor,which completed the speed closed loop control and the current closed loop control.Zero crossing detection circuit used digital back EMF detection technology:when the duty was low,the back EMF signal was detected on the open switch; when the duty was high,the back EMF signal was detected on the closed switch.This technology could realize the motor of fast and reliable commutation.The experimental results show that the system design is reasonable,simple and reliable performance,which achieve a good control effect.
