摘要:介绍了一种无传感一体式高效变频电机系统,该系统包含高效永磁PMSM电机、DSP控制模块、逆变模块、开关电源模块,电流采样模块,基于ZigBee的无线通信模块,上位机控制软件等组成。系统实现了超高效IE4能效指标,具有通过模拟指令输入或上位机无线通讯输入,可以实现电机的启停控制、转速调节以及方向控制,用于风机类负载不仅可靠稳定,而且成本低,性价比高。试验结果证明,该系统电机和控制器的一体式设计合理,具有较高的实用性和稳定性。 关键词:一体式; 高效变频; 无传感矢量控制; ZigBee; 组控 Abstract: The highefficiency sensorless PMSM system associated with integrated inverter was designed. The system includes highefficiency PMSM motor, DSP control module, inverter module, switch power supply module, current sampling module, wireless communication module based on ZigBee, the host control software. The system has realized the ultraefficient IE4 energy efficiency, and the system has the analog command input and wireless communication module input based on PC, can control the motor start and stop, speed regulation and the direction. The system is stable and reliable, low cost and high performance for the type of fan load. Test results show that the integrated design of motor and controller of the system is reasonable, practical and has high stability.
